nonono need, just let steam download the latest patch, then go into the game, go to video select LARGE texture. This will fix the textures issues.

Seems quite ok for a FPS.

Almost 20 hours worth of gameplay.

Not just u,once u got the plasma rifle,all authority + controlled mutant are easy kill.

Thats ok, considering that the game looks really fun to play.

Crashing your ATV into a wall and watching yourself ragdoll all the way is the best thing ever.

I like doing it at cliffs, where I can watch my body fall alllll the way down, and magically reappear at my bike again later at no cost of health.

Where's the rad rod buggy @ anarchy edition goodie ? I just finished the wasted garage mission and then the blockade mission. The double barreled shotgun is available outright. But not the crimson armour and the buggy.

If you are ever short of money, just go do that dice roll gambling (mutant vs sheriff hologram thingy), bet 25 and press roll nonstop

(just save everytime you make a huge winning)

After installing new ATI preview driver (Thanks Currylaksa for the link) and Steam auto update, I cranked every settings to max and the frame rate remain at 60, and the texture popping and screen cracking are practically non existant, even though you will notice it once in a while.

Bethesda should use the Rage engine to make a Fallout sequel.

Somehow it reminds of one thing, why they haven't fix Brink yet ?

is Skyrim engine (creation) better than RAGE engine?

Overall don't think there is direct comparison. id Tech 5 is the longtime brainchild of John Carmack that have been largely and numerously improved to scale for modern shooters throughout its lifetime.

Creation interesting enough is a totally new engine created ground up by Bethesda, I douby anyone unless the creators of this engine themselves can give you any definitive answers as Skyrim haven't even been released. However the dynamic elements for its massive open-world setting seems quite impressive so far even if its going to be console based.

the game graphics look more crisp now after the update. satisfied now.

Has anyone tried mutant bash re-run using fist only? Its fun as hell. + large amount of money making it worthwhile.

i cant use large setting for texture cache
when i spin around too fast,there's considerable lag..like,the game needed to load all sorts of things b4 it can actually show the angle..oh my..

now's probably the time to reduce my resolution to lower settings.idk,now pretty occupied with other stuffs,havent got the time to tinker around too much at the settings..



btw, anyone ever tried keying in IDKFA or IDDQD? *all weapon & godmode cheat in Doom*

as start, u will get the double barrel shotgun right away, as for HotRod buggy, you will unlock it at Wellspring, same goes with Crimson Elite(CE) armor (if you choose CE armor to replace ARK suit)

. But the armor is not right away fully upgraded shown in anarchy edition goodie(AE), you need to do more quest and upgrade it to max tier 5 to become like the one in AE goodie.

Hey, I've read up somewhere you get the Anarchy Edition items when you reach Subway Town or something.

The Sewers thing was apparently a DLC as well, and I have that. So does that means I 'own' an Anarchy Edition as well?
