Hi guys, i switched back to digi last month after being in another network for a week maybe?
Today, 3 days after my billing date and paying my bill i received two messages from digi saying that my switch to digi is in progress and waiting for my new operator to accept ??? How can i switch from digi to digi? Is this a security issue? Is this the scam that people steal your sim cards for the bank tacs ? How do i stop this ? The message reads Your switch to Digi is in progress. We will notify you once your current service provider has accepted the request. Thank you for your patience. |

Hello guys, anyone still having trouble receiving calls?
I am unable to receive international calls on my phone 3/5 times since yesterday. People who call me say it says number not in service. I tried using my Skype to call out to my own number and it also says not in service. Even when it does ring, my Apple Watch cellular rings but my iPhone does not. I tried calling another Digi friend and it also said out of service. ( they are not Apple Watch users ) Any ideas how to fix this? Digi customer service is not answering me |

Hello guys, weird question here but I don’t seem to get any notifications from gmail when my Digi bill comes in.
The email does go to the primary in my gmail, not promotion or others, but I get notifications for everything except the Digi emails Anyone else having the same issue with gmail? I’m on iOS btw |

Nowadays when I am out, have full 4G coverage but no internet Speedtest also keep failing Need to restart phone to get back internet |
