Am I the only one facing issue with MyDigi app where most of the time the "system maintenance is in progress" error pops up?

New version of MyDigi app was released last night in Apple Appstore
Doesn't fix the issue. Sometime can load, sometime cannot

Updated today but still no improvement. Been a few months
When is Digi going to fix this?

Now loading just fine, no more long loading time & failed to load

Although YES does offer better pricing when compared to Digi but it's not worth it

I use YES for a very short time. MNP back to Digi after only 3 days LOL laugh.gif

For me, I just went to their official center in AEON Shah Alam & termination for my 2 supplementary lines (for 2 iPads) was done immediately and port out for my primary number completed within 8 hours of submission
All within the same day

Maxis has began offering free 5G based on Fahmi guideline
When is Digi's turn? I'm still seeing RM10 for 5G in "Buy Add-on"

Don't tell me I have to switch to the newer package to get free 5G
The new package pricing is utterly ridiculous

RM40 minimum for family line
RM30 minimum for device SIM

The 5G Booster Add-on has been renamed to 60GB (4G+5G)(RM10)
Does this mean we no longer need to pay RM10 for 5G?

Digi Postpaid RM60 2021 package user here
