Digi served me well for over 10 years, but I had to bid farewell due to issues arising after their merger with Celcom.

I would have stayed with Digi if not for their unreasonable new rules and packages

Yeah, the helpline confirmed the same information. Fortunately, I didn't follow the instructions given by the center agent.
Yesterday, I went back and dealt with a different person, and the process was much smoother, with no additional cost

1. Users of the old postpaid package need to renew their 5G pass monthly.
2. Since the renewable 5G pass became free, data consumption has significantly increased, affecting all five devices owned by my family members. One iPad, dedicated solely for Netflix, somehow consumed 15GB of data despite being unused for the entire month because I accidentally left it at my in-laws home in Ipoh.
3. To access continuous 5G without monthly renewals, switching to newer postpaid plans is necessary.
4. However, the new postpaid plans are considerably more expensive with shitty speed tiers.
5. Previously, the Gadget SIM was priced at RM10. Under the new postpaid plans, upgrading to the new Gadget SIM for RM30 is required.
6. Despite the affordability of the old package, it allowed for the subscription of up to five additional family lines no matter which package you subscribe to for the principal, including the Gadget SIM.

Comparison of costs:

Old package:

1. Principal line: RM60 for 60GB (with a RM15 discount), no speed cap.
2. Family line 1: RM30 for 25GB (with a RM15 discount), no speed cap.
3. Family line 2: RM30 for 25GB (with a RM15 discount), no speed cap.
4. Gadget SIM 1: RM10, sharing data from the principal with no speed cap.
5. Gadget SIM 2: RM10, sharing data from the principal with no speed cap.
Total: RM140
After discount: RM95
Total shared data: 110GB among 5 devices, averaging 22GB per device.

If I have to switch to the new package, this is what I have to take:

1. Principal line: RM80 for 150GB, with speed limited to 100Mb/s. (have to take this package in order to get more than 2 family lines)
2. Family line 1: RM30 for 15GB, with speed limited to 100Mb/s.
3. Family line 2: RM30 for 15GB, with speed limited to 100Mb/s.
4. Gadget SIM 1: RM30 for 30GB, with speed limited to 100Mb/s.
5. Gadget SIM 2: RM30 for 30GB, with speed limited to 100Mb/s.
Total: RM200

With U Mobile:
RM38 for 120GB x 5 lines, totaling RM190 with no speed limit.

I'm open to switching to the new package from Digi, but that speed cap is complete bullshit. If they reverse this decision in the future, I might reconsider going back to Digi
Additionally, I'm not too worried about the cost, as I can claim up to RM200 per month through my workplace, which is why I've registered all five numbers under one account.

At the start of Ramadan, I acquired an additional number to evaluate U Mobile's coverage. Over the month, I tested U Mobile in four different states: Selangor, Perak, Pahang, and Kelantan.
Surprisingly, I only encountered a loss of signal once, while driving from Kuala Betis to Lojing. However, I only traverse through this road only once a year.
Considering that Subang Jaya is where I spend the majority of my time, 5G is reliably accessible to me. Thus, any instances of coverage loss on less-traveled roads are of little consequence.

Are you referring to U Mobile? If so, I already addressed it in the last paragraph of my previous post.
The situation is largely similar to Digi's, except for the segment of the route between Kuala Betis and Lojing.

It turns out Digi overcharged me RM16 on my last bill before I ported to U Mobile. Is it possible to get that money back?

I didn't miscalculate. The latest bill I received yesterday actually shows RM -16.

Yes, that's a negative. It means I've overpaid.

3 months after leaving Digi, now my excess payment has climbed from RM -16.06 to RM -17.66

Still no idea how to get that money back though
