Re-open the ticket. No matter how many times they close it, keep re-opening them
Just to clarify, when I said "re-open" I meant reopen the same ticket, not create a new ticket

This is what I did with UniFi during the UniFi Turbo Upgrade during Gobind era
Once the ticket has been open long enough, someone from MCMC will be aware of the ticket and finally take action against the party whose being reported

I remember re-opening the same ticket 8 times until they finally agreed to give what they promised to give
If I remember correctly, someone from MCMC themselves actually replied to the ticket after the 8th time I re-opened the ticket

Let's play a game shall we? You close the ticket, I reopen them. You close, I reopen and round and round and round it goes whistling.gif

Why the need for the 5G access pass?
Just enable for all lah. Bodo Digi

Like this my 2 RM10 gadget SIM still cannot get 5G because no 5G access pass option in the Buy Add-Ons

Guys, let's flood MCMC with tickets to push Digi into giving everyone 5G access and ditching the monthly renewal hassle!

Let's make some noise and get things rolling! #5G4All #DumpMonthlyRenewal

Yes, keep Appeal to keep the case open in MCMC. It will impact their KPI in MCMC and will be forced to answer to it.
Exactly. Making us renew manually is just plain annoying. And cherry-picking which packages get 5G is just bullshit.

I have a total of five lines under my account:

1 x primary line at RM60 - Gets 5G
2 x family lines at RM30 each - Also get 5G
2 x gadget SIMs at RM10 each - No 5G for these ones

Port-out guys. Just port-out. There is no other way because only numbers speak volume.
No other telco is offering the same as Digi's old plan
Especially the RM10 gadget SIM which is very important for me and my wife

Tried going to Yes for 2 days but they failed miserably

Am I the only one noticing recently that data usage is unusually fast? despite being on 4G.
Before, I barely used 5GB out of my 50GB quota, but now I'm hitting 48GB in just 2 days before the quota renewal. My online habits haven't changed; it's still just Facebook for me, with no Instagram, TikTok, or anything similar.

No more separate quota for offloading like social media sites and Youtube/Spotify.
I never had those

Been using postpaid 60 for several years now and the only thing listed in my MyDigi app are the main quota and the loyalty quota

Not sure which package gets them
My loyalty gets me additional 50GB and I got it after 1 year of subscribing to the Postpaid 60 package

Really starting to hate Digi after the merger with Celcom

No more cheap postpaid packages, cheap gadget SIM & cheap family lines.
What's worse are those stupid speed cap for their all new postpaid plans.

I'm betting all of these stupid ideas comes from Celcom

Alas, no other choice
YES with their chipsmore coverage
Maxis being stupidly expensive
UMobile - Not sure if they're worth the trouble

I registered for U Mobile last night and am currently using it via E-SIM, opting for a new number instead of switching through Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and I'm still retaining my original main number. I'll be putting them to the test throughout the month.

It's the perfect opportunity to assess their service during the festive season. I'll be traveling from Subang Jaya to Tanah Merah (Kelantan) to Ipoh and back to Subang Jaya, utilizing multiple highways.

If everything goes smoothly, I plan to migrate all my family members to U Mobile

RM38 for 120GB, kinda hard to pass
Forget YES 5G, tested for 3 days and they failed miserably. Regretted MNP'ing my number to them

Would you recommend me to move to Umobile?
I can't give you an answer just yet. Gotta wait till April to really test the line, especially during the holidays when everyone's blasting photos to their fam and friends. That's when the 5G towers will be maxed out on bandwidth.

Digi is becoming outrageous. I tried to transfer one family line to Digi prepaid, and they are asking me to do the following:

1. Pay RM60 to switch the family line to Digi Postpaid 60.
1. Pay another RM60 to switch the same number to Prepaid.
In total, I have to pay RM120 just to downgrade one family line to Prepaid. What's worse is they are not going to refund the RM120 but instead will just offset the next bill.

My monthly bill for five lines doesn't even reach RM100.

What the actual fuck?

Added note: No. I do not have any contract with Digi

At the Digi service centre? Maybe the staff is trying to hit postpaid target?
What's customer service 016-2211800 say about the conversion?
QUOTE(goyachanpuru @ Apr 16 2024, 11:32 AM)
I encountered same situation before when I transfer supp line out from my father's account.  And I thought this was the normal process.
After left Digi Centre i called Digi hotline and found out transfer supp line to prepaid can be done without the need of converting to postpaid plan first.
Few hours later i went back to that Digi Centre again.  The staff that served me was not there, I complained to the store manager, she immediately change my line to prepaid and waive all the charges, no question ask.
Yes, I was doing this at the Digi service center at Sunway Pyramid

Noted. Will give the helpline a call to see what they are going to say about this
Either way, I'm not staying with Digi after this. The merger with Celcom brings nothing to the table

Tested U Mobile for a month including during raya in Kelantan, Perak & Selangor, good enough for my family
