my digi ussd *200# can not display data quota,anyone encounter the same problem? what happen to digi?

What happens when you try to run *200#?

try restart phone?

it wrote "Sorry! We're unable to display your quota. Download MyDigi app to check and get FREE 1GB! 1 Download MyDigi".



i think it is not phone problem.

Normally i check on google setting
I just test my phone no problem

My lines are working. Not sure if your area or your particular account has some settings issues.

i have just tried another sim on the same phone with different plan and it is working, maybe it is not working for prepaid best 2016 only or may be it is temporary issue, anyway thanks.

I just switch to prepaid from Digi80..i can only see Edge/H+ signal.. On Digi80 i can get LTE

Dial *126# to check validity expiry date. Need to top up if already expired.

maybe you forget to subscribe internet plan? maybe you are using basic internet that have lower speed cap?
already try to restart phone?


my NEXT prepaid appear following message:-
{Sorry, this service is not available for your call plan}
maybe your call plan not support this USSD?

Normally no difference if postpaid & prepaid...

There is difference, prepaid when u did not topup, digi only give u 3g connection
