my digi ussd *200# can not display data quota,anyone encounter the same problem? what happen to digi?

it wrote "Sorry! We're unable to display your quota. Download MyDigi app to check and get FREE 1GB! 1 Download MyDigi".



i think it is not phone problem.

i have just tried another sim on the same phone with different plan and it is working, maybe it is not working for prepaid best 2016 only or may be it is temporary issue, anyway thanks.

me the same, mine even no sms inform for validity which going to be end.

i just bought one local made 3G only phone , it is still promoting by renowned company in malaysia

no need to talk in hindsight, everyone has different living conditions, and also i prefer buy from real store instead of buy online.Besides,many models displayed in the website not available in real store,price also much more expensive.

if what you said is true then it is not only lousy ,it is devilish,it can be use to steal anything from your phone include password ,personal data,chat contents and etc.

If mydigi app can do this means other apps also could do the same like bank's apps,e-wallet,goverment apps,online shopping apps,even apps download from playstore etc.

So better don't use smartphone to do anything especially pricavy related.

This is not necessarily nonsense, a lot of the truth was previously thought to be nonsense, and finally proved to be true.

As in the case of the following, many of the allegations were made before they were revealed, but they were denied by the telco companies and some people, and also the police ignored them, which now turns out to be true, but it is too late.

The malaysia government system is corrupted and lousy, nothing is impossible.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 2 — Five telco companies and nearly 100 content providers are allegedly involved with a scam that has stolen RM100 million from prepaid credit users. The scam is believed to be running for 10 years.

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has reported that the involved content providers would send multiple types of SMS to prepaid credit users. They would then be charged RM0.50 to RM5 for every SMS sent without the victims knowing.

i understood what you said, but people have the right to doubt and that it's not just MySejahtera, but all apps and even smartphone itself.

On the contrary, can you prove that these APPS are completely okay? You can't prove it, too.

This is really a mess,it's been 8 days,what is digi doing?,use back the old system lah,change does not necessarily mean good.

It is been 1 month,
Digi Prepaid Best 2017 free midnight 1G data still disappear,already lost 30GB of data.
Digi Prepaid Best 2016&2017 data balance display still incorrect,really troublesome.

Thinking of giveup digi.......but still got a lot of credit inside,can not transfer to other telco.

Tried many times already, it is not available.

apparently i am not the only one facing this issue,

You are lucky, my best 2017 12am-8am free 1 GB already gone since digi system migration start from last year. I am now clearing all my credits and ready to give it up.

is digi prepaid next no more free basic internet? i have no subscribe to any plan ,no quota shown and no internet at all.

Thanks, perhaps it only renew at certain date in a month and i have missed it during grace period, have to wait until next renewal date.

is this auto renew? or one time plan(after 30days need manually subscribe again) ?

My concern is that if every app collects biometrics, will our personal biometrics still be safe? Personal data leaks are common in Malaysia, and if even your biometrics are taken, it would be easy for someone to impersonate you.
