Digi served me well for over 10 years, but I had to bid farewell due to issues arising after their merger with Celcom.

I would have stayed with Digi if not for their unreasonable new rules and packages

Recently got a call from 'DigiHelpLine' 0162211800,
offering me the new Postpaid 40 package, free x GB for 6 months or something like that, I can't recall,
I'm on the basic 35 HS (highspeed) plan
The guy was telling me I could get 5G access and a new faster phone.. I told him my cheap plan is already 5G enabled and every month I didn't even finish the given 30Gb quota for my plan. I asked if I can get a cheaper plan with similar benefits, he replied postpaid 40 is the cheapest 

I just bought the 500gb 5g-4g rm8 just to try 5g

And the 5g signal finally show on my phone

So yeap need to pay up for 5g access for old cheapo legacy plan like mine

its only for 4 days lol

I thought 5g acees is free for all plans what a scam

Anyway i dun really care lah after the 4days i just to use my 4g+ and pay the monthly average rm28 for 30gb bill which is quite cheap and the only rrason im still staying with digi

Wah prepaid cheaper than postpaid like that should i switch

Any beniftis to keeping the postpaid

I am a digi user with 4 sublines. i was out of contract on 30 apr and trying to port out to digi.

I have no outstanding and only hav a current bill of RM 190. even if I pay, no outstanding (zero)

all 5 lines port out and acknowledged by DIGI. but still rejected.

does that mean pay the current bill ?

the reason for reject "TEST HOTBILL TIMER OVERDUE"

i drop by digi centre, and they assures no outstanding, including april which is not due.

It's been really frustrating to deal with Digi, especially the customer service which is impossible to reach. Response on messages is usually copy&paste, and doesn't address specific query. Also, the convoluting reloads price, validity, and plans, hidden cost, and drip pricing (e.g. port-in fee extra RM10 not shown upfront).

So, what is the best basic prepaid plan should I consider porting to next? I only need a few GB data/month, doesn't matter 5G or not.

Keeping my old number and ported in. The sim card doesn't seem to come with any credit. I reloaded RM30. RM25 goes into plan, balance RM5. Then wasted 90 cents to voicemail, so current credit is RM4.10. I think this is how it works. Means everytime I reload in future, part of it will be used for the plan (i havent check mine is auto renew or not).

This is different from the olden days. Where reload RM30, still have RM30 balance. Then will deduct any call/sms. That is how my dad's xpax credit now is RM700+ as keep reloading RM30. Maybe need to find out if can use the use the existing credit to reload.

I didn't miscalculate. The latest bill I received yesterday actually shows RM -16.

Yes, that's a negative. It means I've overpaid.

I have deactivated my voicemail twice, one by myself using the self menu, another by CS. However, when I followed the steps and fater my phone restarts, received a pop up message there is a new voicemail. Didn't receive any drop down message like yours.

I can't find the store anymore, only Celcom digi now.
I want to change plan, then the Celcom staff offer me better postpaid plan.
So, should I port out from Digi...and change to Celcom?

How’s celcomdigi fibre network quality? Is it any good? Currently using maxis one prime and thinking to refresh to newer maxis unlimited due to 5g+cheaper pricing. But saw celcomdigi also have similiar unlimited postpaid+fibre offering.

Is celcomdigi considered better than maxis network quality wise? Just asking because got report that i saw that mentioned celcom digi have almost twice the subscriber of maxis. So give me the impresion that maybe its better

I am on Digi Prepaid Next, but still cant get 5G on my phone, unless i sign up to the one time pass 5G_xxx.
and once signed up, got the 5G connection but speedtest dot net will get capped at 100 Mbps.

Before signing up, standing at the same location, the 4G+ connection can get >200 Mbps.

Strange situation.

Guys, what is the current cheapest special postpaid plan (single and not famiy plan) that focus only on calls and SMS?
Don't need data internet or just limited data for emergency use.
