Has anyone been getting persistent spam calls recently? After switching over from postpaid 38 to postpaid 40, I've been getting spam calls from 011 numbers everyday. Usually in the morning.

Sometimes when I check Truecaller I see new comments saying it was a spam call a few minutes before I got the call myself.

Last time every month reload RM 30 to buy RM25 plan ,each time got rm5 balance. All rm5 balance accumulated until can buy few times rm 25 plan 😂

Has anyone here gone through the process of upgrading from an iPhone using eSIM to a new iPhone?

• Will the eSIM get transferred over?
• Or need to go Digi Store?
• Is the original eSIM QR code emailed by Digi of any use in this scenario?

My 16PM when I insert wife’s SIM card, no red dot. My SIM card then red dot appears. Definitely something with my number.

haha, yes, last time also, I stick another SIM in, no red dot. Put my SIM in another iPhone, also no red dot. Only my SIM in my 13P, got red dot.

IF u take up a internet plan of say rm10, would it used up both rm3 credits?

What does reload expiry mean? There is an expires on... below my balance. I currently have a RM25 plan but there is no option for RM25 reload in mydigi app. If I reload RM30 and use RM25 to pay for my prepaid, will the remaining RM5 disappear after 30days?

Confirmed that auto-renew didn't happen because credits expired & Always Active is 1 sec short of the renewal. Latest reply from Digi was:
My renewal was scheduled for 26/11. (Dates from previous post may be off.)

"Always Active" is still there (until 25/11 11:59:59PM) but expires just before the renewal (26/11 00:00:00AM.)

Anyway don't really need the monthly RM10 sub anymore so reverting to RM5 every 95 days to keep number.

Stupid Digi device block my old iphone that are no longer in contract year ago.

This morning suddenly no service I thought phone problem took out the sim put other device got signal.

Try change other telco sim to the device block iphone got signal only digi or celcom network no signal.

Should I file this complaint to MCMC for such unethical.

Yes, I've called digi to check it's blocked and didn't state any reason.

Further upon checking there's no issue with my account. This is the reason make me mad.

Seems like WIFI calling while roaming is no longer available - I used to be able to use it while roaming but just tried and doesn't work anymore

Sighhh. Digi really needs to adjust their 5G antenna so that those living in high rise condominiums can enjoy the 5G data speeds. I noticed that when I am in the ground floor of our condo (in sek13 PJ), I am getting the fastest possible speed for my postpaid plan (300mbps and even more).

Going up to the upper floors will DROP TO LESS THAN 10mbps! Take note that I still get a full bar signal. This issue is for both 4G and 5G! Digi should have known this issue and make sure their antenna is pointed correctly!

How to cancel the above plan which will auto renew in 2 days time?
Is it via Settings>MySubscription> then uncheck 5G25 AutoRenew?

My Rm25 plan failed to renew again yesterday. So i paid RM1 to extend validity and hope that it will renew. But still nothing after few hours.

So in the end have to reload RM5 for it to renew.

My RM10 plan also failed to renew. I topped up RM100 on 28 July 2024 valid 120 days until 25 Nov. Renewal for Aug, Sep, Oct was OK. But renewal on 26 Nov didn't go through since validity expired.

Looks like the Always Active no longer works or their logic has an off-by-one error. Previous 3-4 years were OK.
