But it can connect to 4G network as usual. Account is active, not suspended.

QUOTE(DM3 @ Jan 1 2021, 09:23 PM) QUOTE(dgboy @ Jan 1 2021, 09:55 PM) Do note that whenever you dial any USSD menus on Digi network, your phone will fallback from 4G to 3G network (or 2G) until you exit the USSD menu. Which means for those who force 4G LTE mode on their phones, Digi USSD menus will not work. It will immediately shows this message "Connection problem or invalid MMI code" whenever you dial any USSD menus like *128#, *338#, *888# and so on. Digi's 4G LTE does not support USSD over LTE yet. Solution: Set your phone to auto 2G/3G/4G or auto 3G/4G whenever you wish to dial the USSD menus. Yes or No, confusecius, and 1 other liked this post

Do you guys realise that Digi VoWiFi would intermittently stop working even if the phone stay connected to the same network? As in, VoWiFi icon goes missing, and the phone would just use VoLTE instead of VoWiFi, even when connected to the same home WiFi network. It very rarely happens, but still, it happens once in a bluemoon.
And the workaround is, turn off WiFi, and then turn on again (and then reconnects), then VoWiFi icon appears. Do any of you experience this? This post has been edited by joshhd: Sep 19 2021, 11:16 PM |

QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ Sep 19 2021, 11:18 PM) yup. even while testing the above for vowifi, it only appears for a minute then disappears for good. VoWiFi appears for a minute, and then switches itself to use VoLTE even if your phone is still connected to WiFi? Or maybe because you're connected to a WiFi network with a below-average signals? Does it happen on other WiFi routers that your phone connected to? |

QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ Sep 19 2021, 11:17 PM) The only thing I hate of Digi network is .... if there's any link to facebook and i click it while on digi network, it will force require to sign in to facebook. when i switch to network other than digi and reload the page, then click the facebook link again, it will not ask to log in. i don't know why facebook always do that while on digi. quite troublesome and unnecessary. i don't have facebook account. QUOTE(PJng @ Sep 19 2021, 11:19 PM) Huh? I have Facebook account, and I never experience that... You experience that when using Facebook app (iOS / Android) or Facebook mobile site (m.facebook.com)? What I know is, if I go facebook.com on a Digi network on a PC device (or request for Desktop site on my phone), it will redirects to web.facebook.com instead of facebook.com That one I also don't know why surfing Facebook desktop site will directs to web.facebook.com |

QUOTE(Hummingbird @ Sep 19 2021, 11:47 PM) Yes it does happen if you have unstable 4G connection at the location. For example, if your phone will always toggle between 3G and 4G at a specific location, no matter how strong is your wifi, the wifi calling will be off and on as well. I hope Digi network engineers are reading this lol... I think something has to be adjusted at Digi’s side on this. But let's say if you turn on Airplane mode, then turn on WiFi manually, will the wifi calling become off and on intermittently too? Even if your Internet and WiFi connection is stable? |

QUOTE(chrischiang @ Sep 20 2021, 07:06 PM) It will fallback to VoLTE when you turn off WiFi during the WiFi call. During that process, you will notice about half a second audio mute, but the call won't drop.Once it is on VoLTE, and then you turn on WiFi, the VoLTE call will migrate back to VoWiFi, and you'll also notice about half a second audio mute during the process too. |

QUOTE(Hummingbird @ Sep 23 2021, 10:47 PM) But like I said earlier, this is not the fault of the technology but rather Digi needs to optimise its implementation. I used to use the wifi calling of a telco from another country and the wifi calling really acts as a shield to preserve the seamless experience of voice calling especially when the network drops from LTE to 3G. If it's too technical, consider write in email to them, so that they could just forward it to the respective department. That is if they would care to do that...I did feedback to the customer support but I think either they didn’t understand or they just didn’t care. |

QUOTE(prosibu @ Oct 25 2021, 09:00 PM) Same here, no VoWiFi no VoLTE...For those who force 4G on their phones, you need to temporary set to Auto (4G, 3G, 2G) now. Otherwise can't receive income calls until next morning lol This post has been edited by joshhd: Oct 25 2021, 11:34 PM |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Oct 26 2021, 11:36 PM) MyDigi app is online now... But I see got new thing... In display... "NaN MB"?? Wonder what is that... I know only the main data, YouTube, Bonus 1pm-7pm, & the basic 500mb data... ![]() So instead of getting Unlimited Social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), now we'll be getting 1TB (1000GB) per month of data quota solely meant for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter? Mmm I see. Dear Digi, thank you for your honesty and transparent on your FUP usage, unlike other telcos..... ![]() As I scroll further right, it shows this? I bet the Digi engineers hasn't slept since yesterday evening... Until now their system migration stuff still haven't settle completely |

QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ Oct 28 2021, 01:45 PM) My offline Infinite 150 line now gets 999GB instead of ∞. From what I see, Digi is trying to be honest and transparent about its "unlimited data" offering, which is a good thing actually. I'd rather get to see that FUP cap, rather than convince myself that I'm using "unlimited data" plan, as if like no tomorrow like that, you know? That's just my opinion laa... My online infinite line with usage also totalled to 999GB. ![]() From the outside, they say it's unlimited. But internally, they'll still monitor your data usage, and it will raise a red flag to them if your data usage exceeds 999GB within a month, cuz that would likely suggests that you may be "abusing" the mobile network or something. |
