normal, Digi will deduct 100mb as a reserve from time to time.. check back later and it should be credited back to your quota..

normally in a telco merger, the two brands will co-exist for a time and eventually disappear in favour of a unified brand, possibly with a new name and logo.

currently, most of the integration going on is behind the scenes, like base station consolidation. sooner or later, there will be more visible changes such as websites and shop outlets, and new packages will be offered only under the unified brand and all existing packages will become legacy.

Telco make it difficult. Make sure you follow the precise format when you reply the sms. Follow the Abc and ABC. Regardless, it may take 2-3 tries.

If you reload or extend validity last minute, normally will still get the reminder sms anyway, because they are scheduled in advance.

After your current validity expires again, you can always call the automated helpline to find out your new termination date.

In fact, all DiGi prepaid plans have 90 days grace period these days.

All DiGi prepaid plans have 90 days grace period. When your credit validity expires, you will get an sms from DiGi that mentions:

Incoming calls until DD/MM/YYYY...

Treat that date as the termination date by which you need to top up or buy validity extension.

The MyDiGi app will continue to show the credit expiry date. Other telcos like Hotlink and Yes show the termination date, though not DiGi.

Yes, however be wary of incoming calls as you will be charged roaming rates if picked up or diverted to voicemail.

The safest option overseas is a barred line (in validity grace period).

The RM25 subscription is an auto-renewing add-on. If you unsubscribe while your line is still active, it will not renew when you reload. However, unsubscribe is immediate so you need to do it on the last day before renewal is due.

Digi is still promoting the 10% bonus credit for reload via MyDigi app in my Box of Surprise, yet I can confirm I didn't receive for my top up earlier this week. I have opened a ticket with CelcomDigi.
