If I'm an existing cardholder with Maybank, will applying for this card enter my ccris for pending applications?

I recently applied for an additional card from Standard Chartered, but there wasn't an entry on ccris (which was great!) Not sure about Maybank's policy.

Any existing cardholders who now own this card can share their experience? Thanks!!!
