Yes... down for quite some time already... send email works also if you want to apply... try call customer service and ask for the email...

Yes, when you send email already by right you should receive an automated email response and also include a ticket number... at the subject you can see something like "........ ISSUE=xxxxxx" <- this is the ticket number
Then when you call the normal customer service, i think they cannot see it exist in system...you need to tell them you actually apply via email and you also have the ticket number, then i think the customer service able to track for you already.... Can tell you either application received or review in progress etc.... and if i can recall (did a while back), you only send 13 and now 26, probably about almost 2 weeks, i think you wait a bit longer? maybe 1 more week...  but call CS again and provide your issue/ticket number better la...that's the best QUOTE(id28 @ Nov 26 2021, 09:39 AM) Sent a card application pdf to mbbcardservices@maybank.com.my since 13/11/2021 till now I called Maybank to check my application status, they said not in the system. better apply via email directly. Download application form already then send email to "mbbcardservices@maybank.com.my". you will receive acknowledgement email that they already receive your email. then wait for someone to call you. i did this quite a while ago, hopefully this method still works. online always never work for me.

Ok... i came in to check and confirm points delay issue is legit... hehe... me also transaction 7th Oct until today no points credited... sigh...

but damn weird also la, now i see got a few different codes.. EC.... then weird numbers like 12abc234999 then now is Ptaling Jaya without EC all the above transactions from Grab transactions...don't know what is happening... all my transactions are via OTP SMS... but not all the transactions are captured similarly when i view the statement/transaction details in Maybank...
