Hi all, I applied for Maybank Grab Platinum card last month and was approved on the 25th April 2021.
However until now the card haven't arrived. Is this normal?

I called their CS and they even said the tracking number provided by their dispatch department was unable to track the item. I asked for the tracking number and I myself see that there was NO record.

I've called multiple times since last 2 weeks. Everytime I called, they say "The following week will arrive" OR "Raya/PKP hence workforce is only 30%".

I'm not sure what to do besides waiting until next month for the card to arrive. Dah la Grab Maybank Bonanza happening right now! 

Cant they cancel the current card and send a new one?

Yes... down for quite some time already... send email works also if you want to apply... try call customer service and ask for the email...

Normally take around 1-2 months
Will receive acknowledgement email
Need follow up closely

I apply on Sep, take 1 month to get the card, need to follow with customer care

Yes, when you send email already by right you should receive an automated email response and also include a ticket number... at the subject you can see something like "........ ISSUE=xxxxxx" <- this is the ticket number

Then when you call the normal customer service, i think they cannot see it exist in system...you need to tell them you actually apply via email and you also have the ticket number, then i think the customer service able to track for you already....
Can tell you either application received or review in progress etc....

and if i can recall (did a while back), you only send 13 and now 26, probably about almost 2 weeks, i think you wait a bit longer? maybe 1 more week...
but call CS again and provide your issue/ticket number better la...that's the best

is it normal that your MBB card will still appear on the MAE app even though it has been cancelled?

I cancelled my card at the card center, and after 1 week the card still appears on MAE app, tho it is stated as 'account closed'. will it disappear eventually or i have to call maybank to remove it manually?
