attempted to apply grab card from the website, the address was the previous address ( I moved ), and the website there asked me to call CS to update my address.
In the end the CS just asked me to go to the settings and update my saving account address, and when I waited for 2 days and go back to the application website, my address is still not changed. (CS in the phone told me I need to wait 24hours)
Sometimes I wonder how even some Maybank CS get their job? Simply give solutions simply entertain customer. Nice.
Anyway, what else can I do? Besides calling them again?

I checked the previous posts that I need to call the CS to update my top up limit for the Grab pay.
But the CS told me that is Grab side's problem limiting the top up per day.
I tried to top up using my maybank grabcard i can only able to top up RM240 per day, and now this CS is trying to BS me.
What else can I do now?
