received a call from Maybank to follow up after online registration failed @ 5 July
he said the system will auto decline if certain docs are missing or did not detect well, so he requested me to re-submit 3 months payslip & bank statement for manual application

the email address seems legit also, but dont have the promo gifts lo. still a good card imo
waiting for approval now
