My previous statement date 12 July and Shopee Coins updated on 13 July. This month 12 Aug statement till today not show any in Shopee. Will call up tomorrow to check.

If tomorrow they told me the same. I'll ask them to cancel my card. No coordination. No point to own it.

Talked to Shopee and Shopee ask me to wait till end of August.

Frankly speaking...... answers given by Shopee thru shopee chat, facebook and email all diference. I just put this credit card aside.

Managed to call up Shopee thru phone and the girl seems kind of blur with Maybank Shopee Credit Card. Keep insist me to provide order ID. End up unable to help.

Lol....... ya no use...... both party seems like clueless what happened even I need to highlight the info from Maybank FAQ to tell them. The issue may due to the hit of the 5k welcome coins that blocked the transferred of the balance coins to Shopee. The transferred just lost in air since it not showed in Maybank TP at all.

After I complaint in Maybank facebook morning, Maybank called me later told me my coins only transfer to Shopee after accumulated up to 5K. He definitely no idea what he talked about. I highlighted to him again all FAQ info that showed in Maybank website one by one. He agreed with me and told me he would call me back later.

During lunch time, the officer called back again and told me that it is system issue that link in between Maybank with Shopee. They need to take about 1 week to rectify it. He said it affect all Maybank Shopee Credit Card users and apologize for inconvenience cause to us all.

Therefore just wait till next week.

Maybank stated on "retail transaction not any transaction". You need to call up Maybank since CS last week mislead you.
