Hi, an update for my case.
Successfully change my cc no to the one i use for my grabpay wallet, can see in my history tab points i received for reloading. But for the past 2 months usage, the uncredited points are nowheree to be seen. Already talk to both grab And Maybank CS and suprisingly today got a call from Maybank saying because previously another no is paired to my grabpay wallet so all the previous uncredited points cannot be transferred back. Anyone has experience on this? According to mu cc statement i suppose to receive more than 15k points for the last 2 months reloading. 😭 |
