While mine ... why all inside treat points ?

LOL ... even that 5k coins (in shopee redeemed) also inside the TP there XD

Meaning i get 5k coins and 5k treat points right now

My case right now as per picture shown below:



My statement date was on 6th August 2020
My last purchase to fulfill RM300 was on 28.07.2020
I received my 5k welcome coins on 7th August 2020

That 1,368 is correctly count as per calculation for my purchase which consist 2% and 5% between 14th July until 28th July BUT i don't receive any in my Shopee Account.

However if u see the screenshot ... the remaining still consist of 5k + 1.368k

I don't think so ?

That 5k (inside the 6.3k) suppose to be deducted already right?
Since it should be the welcome coins of 5k (1 TP = 1 Shopee coin assume)

Cause my purchase as at 6th August 2020 statement total up gain 1.3k coins only.

All 9.9 pre-sales voucher = ShopeePay

My TP still stuck at 7.3k which is 5k welcome coins + 2.3k from total calculation spending of July'2020

But 5k welcome coins which released early August 2020 already utilised in my shopee

Really no idea how they gonna release the remaining coins

then spend depends on level again.

I contacted them and they asked me to file using website complaint

Then i received email they taichi me to another complaint number, what the =.=

Do you remember that Oct/Nov 2024 (my statement 06 Nov 2024) portion was not credited last time ?

Did you request MBB or Shopee to take action?

I forgot to request and suddenly receive the portion during mid Feb 2025
