Due to slow speed in the HUP35 (congestion issues most probably...), the accumulated usage is less than 4GB/month.... if hi-speed/reliable speed, the accumulated usage is surely more than 30GB/month....

Me encourage u to try the DiGi NEXT dummy SIM-card 1st to see the cell tower(s) in ur area are congested or not...

No need to worry the reload amount becoz that plan is "Always Active"...



Always Active = reload amount is not affecting the validity. As long as the plan is subscribed, the validity is 30 days. Meaning, today reload RM10 x 2, then subscribe to the Belia Plan, the validity is 30 days.

Auto-renew is for brand new number registered at DiGi Centre(s)...

As experienced, "in many cases", Momok Kuning has similar experience as well. And if this happens, just Flight Mode On-Off will resolve this annoyance.

However, other factors also contribute to this pesky hand-shake problems such as the phone's modem, firmware, antenna design, signal booster & amplifier, weather, cell towers configurations, etc.

Me suggest U get a dummy SIM card to test. Put this dummy SIM in the SIM2 slot and test both SIM1 and SIM2 hand-shake experience.

In old phones (perhaps made before year 2018), the SIM1 slot has better priority in terms of modem performance. For current phones (mostly above mid-tiers level), both SIM1 and SIM2 slots has equal capabilities.

Have u tested DiGi experience using dummy PRE-paid SIM....? Later, after MNP-ed, regretted for worse experience compared to Orange Spaceship....

FYI...

They expect the extra RM10 is for Booster. So, end up every month RM30 reload...

If Kuching_Elon_Comm, we will promote RM10 / month for 1Mbps unlimited data but Booster is RM20 for 10GB hi-speed and unlimited calls.. total still RM30/month....

NEXT PRE-paid has the "Always Active" feature. So, no need to worry so much about SIM/Account/Line validity...

This is what me is getting/subscribing for the past 5 months without failure... but ensure we buy the RM30 for 365 days validity 1st... this RM30/365 days is also inside BoS (if we r lucky to get it)... else, must reload RM30 to get 30 days validity every month... The RM8 unlimited calls does not have "Always Active" features...
