Hi, I stay in Butterworth, allo went down for almost 36 hours now...tried call even email to their service desk, they keep on telling me that they have escalate, nothing much they can do.....any other way to complain further? I'm having lost of signal (LOS blinking red light)....

It went down again....started few mins ago at my location,penang Butterworth, shit!

Hahaha, allo went down for more than 12 hours in Butterworth area, those who are planning to get allo, pls reconsider! Went down every month, , few times per month, for sure will change to other isp once contract ended
