Iinm, some area need PPPoE setup if it involves VLAN tagging because not all Citybroadband customer use Allo infrastructure.

If your current setup is without pppoe then it is easy to setup other router.

This info is available in the new bill format starting August bill. They will send pdf copy via email or also can be download from Allo selfcare bill history.

Ya, mine is also RM69/month after RM10 rebate for 24 months.
