I got block by their FB page after I ask them to fix the issue. Anyone know how to terminate their service without penalty because still left 3 month contract.

Update: my Facebook group has also been taken down by Allo. The reason given by Facebook is that I used Allo's trademarks, and Allo reported my group to Facebook. However, I believe it is because I was telling the truth in my group.

The only game I've been having high ping on since 2020 is League of Legends (PC) on the Singapore server. My ping is around 80-100ms because of their upstream routing from Malaysia to Japan to Singapore. Allo told me they won't fix this issue because I'm the only one who's complained about it and because of budget constraints.
I'm using public IP now because before this the CGNAT have high latency on Cloudflare DNS and other high latency issues. I'm not sure what the condition of the CGNAT is now.
