Guys, should I ask Allo to change a new router for me?

Previously the 1st router(TP-Link Archer C6)'s wan port is having some problem cause internet randomly disconnected. Last month they have change a new router for me which is(D-Link DVG-F2452) and the problem had been solve but it come with new problem.

The router is having ping spike(no matter on Ethernet or Wi-Fi) after few hour when I turn it on. The ping is look good on cmd ping but when you playing game, you can feel that it suddenly having high ping which will display in the game. In order to solve it, you have to reboot the router which only work temporary.

The second problem is recently it will randomly reboot the router. It had happen twice. After that, I have borrow a router(D-Link DIR-842 C2) from my uncle and it have no more problem on it.

So should I continues to use my uncle router or ask Allo to replace a new one for me?

Ok. I will buy a new one to replace it.

Just checked their FAQ. Both Resident and Business account also will be using Private IP.

15 mins ago internet down. problem is on the hop 3. Directly call the CS and no one answer my call even the internet is back.

yes. recently always down for 10 mins.

Wa U lucky ahh. I email them, inbox them, call them but no one answer at all.

Mine is quite stable now. How is your speedtest result? I still able to get full speed now.

Is anyone having difficulty accessing the Facebook web page?

Update(17/3/2022): Problem solve. Seem like it's Facebook itself got issue.

Guys, is Allo has changed its policy? I noticed in early August, my private IP didn't change anymore. But in QnA, it still shows Dynamic private IP.

Am I the only one having high latency on this two games?

Allo(Private IP)- 200ms++
Allo(Public IP)- 80ms++
TM- 80ms++
Time- 80ms++
Maxis- 80ms++

LOL(PC)(SG server):
Allo(Private IP)- 80ms++
Allo(Public IP) - 100ms++
TM- 20ms++
Time-10ms++
Maxis- 20ms++
