1st pic - the pic is too small to judge (even after i click to enlarge it), but i can see the pic is not sharp.

2nd pic - make use of your almight xenon flash la

3rd, 4th & 5th pics - looks ok.

next time try to upload the full reso (atleast 640 x 480 pixels). so that we can see the actual result

Optical zoom is hardware ? = YES, correct it is using its lens to zoom and not its brain to zoom .. i doubt it can zoom far though o.o'

AP set ? If yes it might be your phone CDA number that make it can't update via SEUS.

btw...wana ask if i left the phone charge over nite....or more the 2-3 hours....is it have any problem? if the phone fully charge will it auto cut off the charging?

It will auto cut off the electricity and stop charging.
