Just call developer they said got 300 application. My status is lengkap re-attach kwsp withdrawal history. doc as I attach tak sah after 2 days dunno what happened.
No hope to get unit. |

are all the units taken up already? theres no update on my submission even after all docs status "sah" for both developer and urusetia

Today I went to choose unit. 80% booked, and not much to choose. My ideal unit all been chosen by others. Manage to get one of my last choice, still feel grateful for it. Now hope the loan will be easy on me.. Any good recommendations sifu?

this project is expensive! after taking into consideration the 1/3 missing lease and actual built up area, its selling price is higher than a normal condo

Dear all purchasers, first of all I do believe anyone that take the ground floor will face the issue seeing it that only 710 psft only which u are paying the premium price compare to the public market rate.
