theres no mention about the type of development (landed / townhouse / apartment etc) for rumawip in the Dasar Residensi Wilayah (you can find the document in rumahwip's web). the document only mentions the minimum specs for rumahwip, i.e. must have at least 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

still hopeful this is true hahahah. cross fingers!

It's real, project signboard and hoarding has been installed around the site, it's directly oppose the Bukit Jalil BOMBA & Police Station.

Location wise it's really good, walking distance to Pavillon Bukit Jalil

If behind doesnt have thousands and thousands and thousands of WIP and PPR this would be a very good project. There are just way way way too many units at this part of bkt jalil, and more WIP to come

For RM300,000, I don't think you can be that choosy, haha, walking distance to Bukit Jalil Pavilion, next to upcoming KL Wellness City (Medical Centre based mixed development), less than 5mins drive to Alam Sutera LRT. For that price it is definitely a bargain, especially since other Residensi Wilayahs are high density flats for the same price.
