Ballot registration for Residensi Sutera townhouse is via the Residensi Wilayah website, https://residensiwilayah.kwp.gov.my/. Balloting and registration is done by Residensi Wilayah and not by the developer, this is standard for Rumawip/Residensi Wilayah developments. Yes registration is not open yet, you will have to monitor the website to check when it is open.
However there is a scale model & sales/price chart at Setia's Kinrara Sales Gallery. By the way the 32 "harga bebas" units are reserved for civil servants, these 32 units are corner and endlots (with additional land). Only intermediate units are available for the general public.   Registration opened yesterday 28/10, was suppose to remain open for a month (until 28/11), but they closed it this evening, response must be overwhelming, good luck to those who managed to get your registration in, to those who didn't better luck next time This post has been edited by machoman88: Oct 29 2021, 10:55 PM |
