Honestly, its better to stop them. They have a track record of bringing over their whole colony to the company. Only handful of them have the skills, the rest tai chi and talk like mr know-it-all but trash.

I am not trying to be racists (but I probably am); noticed that if Indian gets hold of position (or car park operator!), soon, it will also be filled with more Indians.
(now, to appear as less racist) If Chinese, they will put skills and "profit" above ethnicity, so can expect mixed workforce. (but then to be fair to all 3, have to be racist again) If Malay - i never paid attention to be honest - I think will be filled with malays as well. |

Many angmoh MNCs are very keen on promoting diversity in their workforce.
Most asian MNCs on the other hand will just look at the bottom line, the requested salary. |
