most diets seems to always remove rice from their diets

even angmohs oso have good bodies partly coz they never eat rice

would you go full western diet n forego rice in ur life for a perfect figure n health?

i can, been doing it for few years alrdy, i only eat rice if nasi lemak, other than that i dont need rice.

No such thing as angmo have good bodies due to without rice la.

When someone looks good, its because they put an effort in. If there is no effort and no rice, body still looks like shit too.

Biggest regret in life hahaha.
Well ayam was 21 tryna look good lol

Nasi lemak nasi goreng pulut panggang all kind of things I’ve missed.

and lots of fit angmo in the 50's 60's still running around and cycling even faster than youngsters here.

True. It’s the exercise and self discipline that matters. It gets more challenging as you reach certain age because the fat burning level starts to slow down. So the phrase you are what you eat is true, in a way.

Then it is about diet. Why did you have to mention rice. I can say that rice is better carb source than flour based food or bread in general.

Balance diet will keep you healthy not necessarily fit but not eat more than your body need will keep you fit. Hard labor guys eat more than office guys. So depends.

Just reduce portion. If you get used to eat a lot, then reducing half can make you crazy hungry. However, human body adapts fast. If not how those people that fast can adapt, but do they reduce 5 kg during fasting months? The answer is no. The main reason is body adapts to conserve energy. Well, not because sleep during lunch hour only but human body can reduce metabolism automatically. That is why weight drops when dieting drops fast to certain degree and then slows down. It will take time.

that also explain how people after 1 month fasting, at end of fasting month dont care about sahur and not so hungry anymore
