Can play thru Hamachi.But my controls always default la..I dun like it..Can use new controls ar?

I did try it and it works..no problem..the nordic patch is only updating the transfer list..go ahead and try..

The problem when playing Hamachi is that my controls is always default even if i change it to new settings..

From what you guys are talking,looks like FIFA 08 is lotsa more taugher than FIFA07I used to win 4-0 in FIFA 07 in World Class Mode.Must try this one.

Btw,is this game already on sale in Malaysia?

It needs both PC to have the same formation for you to have that formation used in multiplayer. EA will release a patch for that.

FIFA 08 PC is by far the most dissapointing game of 2007 I have ever played

First reason ::
The PS3 and X-Box 360 get the Next-gen version, PC don't
Why? They are too scared PCs can't handle it?

Second reason ::
WTF is wrong with the game? I mean, overall, it is just like FIFA 07's update!!
Can't they at least 'do something special' for the PC version? See Sixth reason>>

Third reason ::
Hopeless graphics. Yes. You heard me. Compare it to PRO Evo 2008. It's just ridiculous. Even at high resolutions its hopeless. PC version should AT LEAST have bumped up the texture quality.

Fourth reason ::
WTF is wrong with the keys? I mean WTF?? There are times when I hit the key on the keyboard and IT WON'T WORK. WTF?? A first for a FIFA game. Oh gosh.

Fifth reason ::
Soundtrack quality is just fading... I remember those FIFA 99, 2000 and 2002 soundtracks... awesome. WTF ? EA is losing their accounts or losing the artists?

Sixth reason ::
Grab a copy of FIFA 2007. Add the Irish, Czech and Australian leagues using one of the many patches available. Hey presto. You have FIFA 2008.

Seventh reason ::
The Be a Pro
This 'supposedly great' option had possibilities but EA have not applied the camera angle available in the next generation consoles to the PC version. In Be a Pro the intention is to choose a player and go through a season controlling only him and developing his abilities. Unfortunately the frigging camera on the PC version leaves you guessing at times just WHERE THE HECK IS your player as he isn't always on screen.

i'm with you man, if they didnt mess up with the controller thingy its still ok imo. but overall very disappointing, fifa07 better .

IMO they only added the "export replay to WMV without sound" option to the PC...
And they really are killing the keyboard users. EA Forums are full with ppl complaining about this.

this game like a copy paste from 07...quite disappointment

ermm....my fifa07 already transfer player at new club...maybe i can try install fifa08 this week..hahaha...my favorite game...

not for me.Quite disappointed in term of graphic.IMO nothing improved from FIFA07.The control become suck that have to use 'Q' to change player.

One question,by using gamepad what combination for changing attacking or defensive minded of the game?

in pes or WE...Q is for L1 which is change player..i think fifa try to use the same control as PES...

i'm using logitech gamepad, so for me its D-pad !!!!

Have been playing FIFA 08 for several weeks now. Still getting used to the keys. Gets me frustrated at times. Graphics is the same as FIFA 07, replays isn't much better. Gameplay tweaked to allow more individualistic AI but still fares poorly to PES. Overall, I hope there will be some improvements and patches.

Vista user huh?
I too was stucked with Vista for my new notebook. I switch back to XP and FIFA08 is smooth fluid at highest 1280x720 highest quality setting.

From my point of view after playing profesional mode (I skip semi-pro)..

AI is much much better than FIFA07. The most notable improvement would be the keeper. Although IQ isnt any better than FIFA07, but I also notice that it definately look better and more refined. The spectator still looks fugly. I think EA done very well this time with the ball trajectory and movement. The control is more or less the same using classic mode but the semi-automated passing seem like a headache esp when you pass around near your own penalty area. Sometimes it pass to the opponent which rob me a few victories. Overall, I think I like FIFA08 better. It definately feel more challenging to score let alone to win. I would prefer to see some special technique like curl shot or something like that but I dont think its possible at this moment.
