Hotlink doesn't have PPU. Once finished, no data at all.

Buy for that 1Mbps unlimited, better be careful. Becoz, the system will not use the 1 Mbps if there is still hi-speed LTE in the account.

im using old plan sim..this sim got PPU...

Recently I went to "Kiasu" land, and because I did not subscribe to any roaming data pass at all, and my balance is less than RM 10.
surprisingly Maxis decides to just kill the signal completely - Zero bar / Emergency call only.
Meaning cant even receive SMS or incoming "Miss call" .

Unlike my other lines, Yoodo, one of them had "Roam From home" , the other didnt have, however both can receive SMS.

Their T&C says :
Is there a minimum credit amount that must be maintained on my Hotlink account for GPRS, MMS access, while roaming?
Yes, you need a minimum credit balance of RM10 to use this service.

Lesson learn, Maxis is kedekut.

I received similar message when overseas last month, but can still connect the local network and receive sms.

Next time, you may wish to try manual network selection.

maybe you accidentally set your phone 2g only. 2g works here but not there.

But your 1st top-up must be RM50. RM30 for 1 year validity. Keep at least RM10 for calls, remaining RM10 up to you to decide.
This is the fast way.

The slow way is to top-up RM10 every month for the next 4 months then buy validity & keep RM10 for calls.

Based on my own personal experience,
Facebook Short Story videos consume little data, Live videos, yes, it will consume more.

But dont expect it to last a year lah.
casual chat like whatsapp and wechat is fine, might last up to 3 months estimated.

Take the 8GB - 365 days option for RM 15 if this concerns you.
Then you can reload RM 10 every month until you are able to collect RM 30 for 1 yr subscrpition.

Hi guys need some help.
My mom is using hotlink prepaid. Every month I will subscribe rm35 unlimited monthly pass for her using the hotlink app.

Now when she's with me I can do it for her, but now my question is -

How do I help her subscribe if she is elsewhere? As in, I do not have access to her phone.
