So my port out from yoodo to hotlink is done yesterday but the problem now is i cant receive bank otp for no reason. Anyone here encoutered this before?

No, you can’t.
But I may suggest you use dual app for the Hotlink app only if your phone supports it. AFAIK, Xiaomi phone may be able to do that.
