So my port out from yoodo to hotlink is done yesterday but the problem now is i cant receive bank otp for no reason. Anyone here encoutered this before?

So the balance in my hotlink app stated the credit will somehow expired on 21/8. Means if i topup again on 20/8 the validity of the credit will be extended?
