Need suggestion does those Shoppe Grout/Tile seal able to work?
My another bathroom, contractor fix with 1.3K, which they also told me using kind of coating.

So I thinking any DIY solutions? I dont mind do it slowly as having 2nd bathroom and stop using master bathroom for a while.

Ewwww...so gross. Some more is inside bathroom.
Maybe time to demolish the upstairs bathroom floor and re-do waterproofing.

I noticed that there was a leak downstairs from my first floor toilet, i have engaged a few contractors to check and fix and the problem is still not solved. There is no one using the toilet since its a guest room, i only go in to wash the toilet and noticed the leakage.

I have tested to determine if its a tile waterproof or internal piping issue by turning on the stopper (after few weeks of non usage / non cleaning), within a day, there will be leak to the bottom ceiling.

One of the contractor claimed there is a crack in the concrete upon inspection from below, another claimed there is a crack in the drainage hole. A couple of them just don't contact me anymore after inspection despite promising a quotation.

One of the contractor tried waterproofing the floor tiles and still leaking. Another contractor suggested pulling new pipes from the ceiling (no hacking of tiles).

Appreciate any thoughts on this matter, if its a truly internal piping issue or other possibility.

House (and toilet) is newly renovated for about three years.

Most likely is pipe leaks inside the wall.
Need to hack the wall to check.

There's now water leak in my porch ceiling per pic below. Definitely the water is sipping fro the drainage fro upper roofing per pic. What product and diy method can I water proof it?

The drainage was water proofed few years ago at $600 though. Aircond water piping does not drip into the drainage instead via another piping into proper hole on the roof

Previously contractor suggested changing the whole drainage which costs $1200😡

Better to go for torch on membrane.

Air cond drain pipe conceal in the wall are using normal pvc piping and seldom can leak. It can last a lifetime as it's not subject to UV or any hot or cold water expansion and retraction. The only reason it leaks is during installation the PVC pipe is already damaged when during installation.

Water leaks is a nightmare for all homeowners including myself. I have a very bad experience in my previous house which I sold it due to too much headache solving water leaks non-stop.

Now moved in to new house more than 20 years ago and learnt alot about water leaks from my previous house.

When there is water leaks, don't use cheap method to resolve, that's my motto.
Go get expertise advise and do proper waterproofing.

*hint, don't use water proof paint (just my experience). Won't last long.
