It's not normal double storey. It has side garden & customizable with own design . Lesehold is not 99'years as well

Since when EW priced lower than other developers? 900k is the cheapest for landed in ES master plan. Somemore It's totally different products targeting different market segments & needs. Price range is also different.

Back to basic, its concept, leased tenure & land area & gross density are also different.

So the answer is cheap for the rich, and vice versa.

What difference between Houzkey scheme and conventional loan? since the 1st few year with lower monthly installment, means the monthly installment will increase after few year?

if not wrong .. more of you got the option to "rent" the house from Maybank first then only after that you are satisfy with the unit or you want to convert to own it then you began the loan process

it will be slightly more expensive compare to conventional loan but the benefits is if you cant afford the loan now or you not sure is this properties suitable for you as you can leave it after you serve the rent period

OIC, some developer also offer the "rent to own" package, should be similar thing.

It also have other benefit if you want to stay and feel the environment of the property before you really buy, and can buy it with the fixed price as contract signed in 2020. But if property market crash, donno how the bank or developer hold all this "rent to own " unit, sure all tenant will not buy it with 2020 pricing.

totally agree, buyer need to make decision.. if like the empty house with some small gadgets, maybe can consider Sencili...

or can opt for better, with the price difference 100k+, buy Star endlot seems better, the saving can do some renovations and furnishing aldy... somemore is real endlot vs fake endlot...

It’s strata title , you can’t renovate or extend any part of the house .
My view is by buying extra land would only cost you more .
Corner or end lot is just paying extra for land ..

Monterey and Sencilia both are difference range, how to compare?

If money is not an issue, of course Monterey, you have more space for ID design.
If you prefer a smaller unit for a small family (2 to 3 peoples) , then sencilia is also not bad, at least you no need to spend more time for cleaning your house.

Use home loan calculator:

35 years
3% ngam ngam 3075.

So I guess the installment is after paid 10% DP.
