IJM is selling a house. Ecoworld is selling the value added house.

and Sencilia is a semi-D like house, you can only compared it with starling end lot, which i think IJM is selling around 750K for end lot. And sencilia actually selling around 850K, so it is 100K difference, but with the premium product provided by Ecoworld, it still have the market.
The only cons is, high monthly management fee for Sensilia, around RM 440++, but you will enjoy the nice landscape for long time.
For IJM, the landscape in your housing area noone will take care, after long time will become just like all the old PJ housing area.
noone can force you to buy Sencilia, you can make your own decision.
