No more discount d right? I saw facebook ad saying 3075 per month.
Use home loan calculator:
888,000
DP 88,800
35 years
3% ngam ngam 3075.

So I guess the installment is after paid 10% DP.

I just process 1 loan for sencilia client. My client buy garden home, 39 x 60. If ur client want to try apply the loan I can help ya.
