OIC, some developer also offer the "rent to own" package, should be similar thing.

It also have other benefit if you want to stay and feel the environment of the property before you really buy, and can buy it with the fixed price as contract signed in 2020. But if property market crash, donno how the bank or developer hold all this "rent to own " unit, sure all tenant will not buy it with 2020 pricing.

IJM is selling a house. Ecoworld is selling the value added house.

and Sencilia is a semi-D like house, you can only compared it with starling end lot, which i think IJM is selling around 750K for end lot. And sencilia actually selling around 850K, so it is 100K difference, but with the premium product provided by Ecoworld, it still have the market.

The only cons is, high monthly management fee for Sensilia, around RM 440++, but you will enjoy the nice landscape for long time.

For IJM, the landscape in your housing area noone will take care, after long time will become just like all the old PJ housing area.

totally agree, buyer need to make decision.. if like the empty house with some small gadgets, maybe can consider Sencili...

or can opt for better, with the price difference 100k+, buy Star endlot seems better, the saving can do some renovations and furnishing aldy... somemore is real endlot vs fake endlot...
