the quality is becoming worse by such reputable developer. I like ytl buyers because they would dare to speak up and even take legal action in one of the project.
This is unlike another condo i owned the owners will ask you to keep quiet because afraid the value of the property will drop. Such nonsense and herd mentality |

Sorry reviving an old thread. Did you guys manage to fix this?
I have a serious leak in my unit in the living room and upstairs is a public area. Last time I reported this was in 2022 and it took them a year to fix it and that also is they just help paint back my ceiling only because they don't know what was the leak cause. Throughout that entire period I couldn't rent out my property and made severe losses. Fast forward to 2024, the leak started again. And this time is even worse. The whole place is drenched and my ceiling spoilt. Management say they can only send contractor over in 2 months. This is crazy. How to stay here for 2 months. My tenant immediately told me she is leaving and don't want to rent this place already. Can anyone help? Who can I contact to get this escalated? I don't know the Committee contacts and YTL said it's no longer their problem after this is property is sold to me and I can only liaise with management office |

QUOTE(IlDivinCodino @ May 11 2024, 06:02 PM) Sorry reviving an old thread. Did you guys manage to fix this? I am also currently facing this issue and this has been going on since 2022! Have you reported it on i-Neighbour? Has Management office contacted you? You should ask to be added into the owner’s chat group. The MO for Fennel is usually very unresponsive and they will only respond when you badger or march into the office demanding an answer. You should get it done ASAP because I heard that one unit’s ceiling collapse on their bed! Horrible and unthinkable. I have a serious leak in my unit in the living room and upstairs is a public area. Hope YTL make better data centers because if this is kind of quality they allow.
No cloud provider going to use your data center because they will audit and make YTL pay if breach of SLA. |

The design of fennel need thorough water proofing, more units will have similar water leakage issue. |
