Try to increase your upload slots. I put mine to -1. My speeds started to pick up again after I installed the newest version. Hovering at 60-ish now.

50 kb/s for how long? Is it consistently at 50?

For those who are experiencing fast and consistent speeds, mind telling which version are you using and perhaps its settings. Mine wont go past 20kb/s.
