abit OT:

i really wish to use deluge and i dont wanna install VMware.. can i dual OS XP and ubuntu on same partition? can anyone gladly help me?

Thanks in advance.

Download the ISO from ubuntu website. Boot the CD, and just install it. Grub will automatically detect windows. done.

If you need a guide, I found this

Btw, u can always ask question in http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/159451 since this thread is about deluge.

Have you try on aMSN?

i use pidgin.its a client for multiple IM networks. have to find the debs for this since i dont think its in the repos for some reason.its the new gaim (since aol threatened to sue them for being close to aim). i like kopete alot when i used to use KDE. but it just looks weird on gnome.
if you only use msn, aMSN mimics normal msn 7.5 the best.

closed minded and always willing to make a quick buck.
some malaysians will never change. i tend to spend my time in another forum for this reason.

this thread is weird as it is a mix between linux/OSS and torrents. im glad that people are trying this, even if the main purpose is to download torrents. it increases our exposure to opensource software.
*
Erm I will give pidgin a try. thanks

Get rid of windows. It runs pretty good on OSX as well....It does well on Linux. I suggest if you do heavy torrenting , boot into linux and free yourself with deluge !
*
off topic, now osx86 can run on 2 core in dell lappy ?

I fully agree. I tried the windows version of Deluge and the speed is no where near Ubuntu in my VMware.
*
I actually meant that they can test their speed by download the ubuntu torrent, cause it is one of the best seed torrent. But I also agree with your statement. With the new 7.10 Gutsy release, ubuntu is more user friendly.

Yah, everyone should know that deluge is a linux product, it is best run in linux or virtualization and should be grateful about those people who help it ported to windows.
