i using Deluge for Windows very fast Speed i can get 150kb/sec Max full speed
 i using 1.5mbps u see Picture prooff  Attached thumbnail(s)

i deleted deluge folder Documents and Settings and program files folder deluge deleted
now new install new version now no problem works deluge thanks help guys |

i download torrent using Deluge 0.5.6.2
very slow speed 10kb/sec seed: 500 peer:100 throttle by tmut screamyx  old days august,september very fast i can get 150kb/sec now days very slow throttle by tmut screamyx |
