has anyone noticed frequent disconnection when using deluge? is that tmnet's way of curbing the usage? anyways i have a few theories but would love to hear from you guys.
firstly just before installing deluge in PCLinuxOS, my netgear wifi router decided to stop working. so then i had to connect to streamyx using the dsl modem straight to the phone jack. i do get good speeds with deluge but i often get disconnected. sometimes the connection gets reconnected automatically but sometimes it just stops working. this causes my torrent speeds to fluctuate.
i do not know if its a problem with the modem or if its because i now do not have a router. of course another explanation is if stremyx have already found out about deluge and is purposely disconnecting me!
Nah....I dont think so. I have left deluge on for 2 days and didnt experience any disconnection, only full speed download! firstly just before installing deluge in PCLinuxOS, my netgear wifi router decided to stop working. so then i had to connect to streamyx using the dsl modem straight to the phone jack. i do get good speeds with deluge but i often get disconnected. sometimes the connection gets reconnected automatically but sometimes it just stops working. this causes my torrent speeds to fluctuate.
