I have seen a lot. Those who can't afford hantaran that much, daily life memang struggle to survive.

Not saying hantaran=how your life will be, but, it is something to do with financially discipline . High pay, if you don't save, pun tak guna. You will end up taking loans and there goes your life. Paying and regret especially when you gaduh.

Savings for kahwin should start as young as 7 years old tho.

Like my mom did for all my siblings. As small as RM20 per month, you will be glad, in 20 years from now, you can afford a dream wedding.

We already remanage our financial, i know her bank balance and everything. She is not the kind of people who like to loan plus she do not have a credit card.

She loan because need to help her brother business at that time. And some of it for her parent house renovation.
She do not have any other loan such as hire purchase and credit card.
I quite understand why her family using her since gomen can get rate 3.xx%.
