i download every thing and even done the steps but the firmware still same 1
so how arr??
ok i explain every thing see got any thing happen

1st i do all the steps like take bettery out and in,hold C and plugin the usb,
then while holding theres 1 wizard pop out
then i click next then select the recommend and click next,
heres the thing can i let go the C edi or i still need to hold it till finish??

Sounds like you have not installed the USB XXXX(I don't know the name, lol)

• Follow the steps below:-
  1. Insert PC Suite CD. Don't install anything, close the Autoplay and leave the CD inside
  2. When you hold "C" and connect your phone to your PC via the cable, wait for the "Found new hardware" to come out
  3. Choose "find installing(or whatever its called, i cant remember. just let it find the 'installation file/whatever file from the cd)[and just allow it to install anything when pop out about 'non verified' and the choices are 'CONTINUE ANYWAY/STOP INSTALLATION', choose continue]
  4. Wait and you will see "USB XXXX" installed

do i need to off my phone and take out the bettery and put back in then only hold the C or no need ot off the phone at all ??

Need to shut down your phone. But no need to take out battery. You want re-insert also can.

i think i already install every thing right edi even the usb thingi cos no respond anymore from my computer edi
didnt have any msg or any popup wizard

Then do the steps again

1. Shut down your phone, reinsert your battery if you want.
2. Hold "C" on your phone and plug in the cable to your phone
3. When prompt to release "C"
   • There will be one more step when SEUS detected your phone, which is step 7 "Release the 'C' button"), release it.
4. Now select your phone (w610i)
5. SEUS will first download the files needed, and then install it to your phone. Do not unplug your phone during this period. Only unplug when prompt.

1 more question what firmware r u using mine is taiwan, what is recomended and how to change to the recomended 1 ??
or the national makes no different

Well they're all about the same. Just that some firmware cannot input chinese, like EUROPE firmware/etc etc..

err the themes do i have to open the xs++ thinggi to install or i just drag and paste in my phone memory

Theme, you can copy to your memory stick via usb cable with MyPhoneExplorer [Get it here!]

And you can install java application/games with MPE as well.

Yep. Just Save target as(IE) or Save Link as(Firefox) 'flashmenuname.swf'

u 1st.. u have to use note pad check the .swf
check the source of the .thm is wat file name
lets say is abc.thm
then u have to change the .thm file name to abc.thm
