Browsing very slow. I'm using Maxis WAP GPRS. What your guys settings? My phone there got show an E.. I think it means EDGE. But still very slow leh. Maybe my settings wrong  .. Anyone please share your experience on internet browsing

Actually the loudspeaker is not so good. Most of the time can't hear the ringtone  .. The vibrator also not good enough. Too soft vibration. Most of the time can't fell it

No EDGE? .. But why shows E there? What it means ya?

Sound is very soft especially the surface the speaker facing is soft like pillow, bed, etc. I would suggest mobile developers to have four speakers and make it surround and place it on the side of all the edges. 4 speakers placed on all edges of the handphone i guess would make the loudspeaker very good 

go Maxis GPRS Setting apply W850i 3G/MMS/Streaming for you W610i. Ya, W850i. I've tested by select W610i, the GPRS 2.5G profile doesn't work...
maxis does provide GPRS/EDGE/3G/3.5G services.

On Data Comm select PS & CS u'll see the E indicator.

EDGE is part of GPRS network.

Maxis connection idea was 3G <--> EDGE <--> GPRS, as not every area covered by 3G, so user still can use EDGE quallity, not to drop from 3G to GPRS, its big different.

As DiGi still can't get the license, so they keep advertise on their higher connection, EDGE.

Here is my new camera driver for the (forgotten) SE K550i.
I'm happy to be (almost) the first one starting this thread !

What is changing in this release ( called V2.4 by Chris ) :

1. VR is set to 24 fps instead of 10 fps
2. Fine quality settings :
all pictures , compression is set from 85% to 95%
1632x1224 size, quality improved
3. Sharpening set to maximum

Feel free to try it, and please let me know improvement (or not !)

Updated camera  .. Still showing 2.3 driver in info settings?! I got a SMC router. As far as i understand, WiFi broadband router is not Bluetooth right? How to do the settings?

Changed to silcone. All i can say its much better than crystal casing . The keypad is covered no more afraid of scratches, dust, fingerprints, etc. on the keypad now  . Also the LCD screen is exposed and the display quality is much better than using crystal casing 

Was wondering if i should get 1 more silicone for spare in case next time no more stock?

I plan to get a silicon casing too, 1007.... and Arc, how's the keypad when covered with the silicon? is it harder to press when sms?

Forgot to tell everyone i bought 2 pouch .. Ya i'm very greedy . One is for rough use, another for soft use . My another pouch is similar to yours

What even more greedier, i'm going to get myself another silicone  ... Just as a spare, afraid after sometime couldn't get anymore silicone casing for my W610i. Does this usually happens? Should i really get another?

My HPM-70 came without the joystick too, but I have no problem switching the song from phone. I can't listen to it for too long, the 'air pressure' in my head causing me a bit dizzy...

I heard from the seller. HPM-70 got two types. There is one type is with remote control. Anyway here's my 2nd pouch:



I have to turn on the flash as i do not know why it's very dark without turning it on. But turning it on it's overbright when it flashed as you see in the picture

Not really sure it's L-like or curve-like. It's still virgin i haven't open it . I'm really looking forward to HBH-DS980.. But do you know what?! Even HBH-DS970 already cost RM330  . It's more than HALF the price of W610i .

I'm not going to get a bluetooth stereo headset till the price is right  . Many said ITECH but for me the feeling don't quite match
