Buying an AP set always have a risk, like SE K750i, an AP does not cover warranty on the LCD screen.

AP set is set from other countries and locked to the network there
b4 it can be used here it must be be unlocked first

Well for AP that is not risky to buy are Dr Mobile Clinic, Final Choice, GBS Set Warranty by them. But ONE very important point must take note, if your AP Warranty phone really got a very serious problem one day I afraid this AP Company might not handle your problem immediately, maybe you will need to leave your phone there a certain time for them to repair it, the reasons is AP company doesn’t have all the component and parts like what Nokia having on their Service Center. If minor problem then should be okay for these AP Company, they still can handle it...

So in conclusion ORIGINAL SET is still the worth for value if really something bad happen to your phone...

since u are handphone seller.... i just wanna comfirm certain things whereby some annoying ppl always annoy me.

AP is legal set whereby imported by license holder which distributed by Local Malaysia government right? so in another word... it's a legal set which Malaysia government allow to be sell locally right? but the warranty issue will be handle by solely the importor itself not others.

am i right?

AP Set is legal in Malaysia, government do issue license to some respective company AP supplier. But due to lately the government agencies or so call CUSTOM DEPARTMENT found out that most of the AP Set are smuggle in from some country without paying tax, so the government agencies are having some small "OPERASI" on checking the stock from the supplier as well as dealer.... Even so of the supplier they RECOND the used set to new set without approval.

That way the governments are thinking of pulling back the entire AP Company license. This is not confirmed but still under consideration...

thanx for ya reply... so basically AP is legal... it's just that those AP importer try to report lesser unit import in and skip the duty tax.

just wanna clear that before this 1 @r*e hole trying to tell me AP not legal...

You are welcome fulat, just make sure which AP set you are buying...

ap set is just from overseas and the parts are not 100% percent, while ori set are perfectly 100% original phones and accesories

cant really say that mike3300.. they are legal, approved set that ship wit everything ori but once it enters here, some bogus retailers wld change da ori acc wit cheapskate ones to make more profit.. correct me if i'm wrong.. =D
