cuz they can't do anything as long as gov still not yet confirm
wanted to get a huge compensation from gov but not sure on or not
if not build half way then acquired by gov then waste their profit from compensation already

better cancel while you still can, and ask them to refund the downpayment if any since there is no drawdown yet from bank

If you cancel now, you won’t get any compensation from Tago. What I know is if the government to take over the land, will have a huge amount of money to compensate to developer. So just wait for the confirmation.

Developer will be unhappy if you ask so many questions. If you try to ask for refund, developer will threaten you that they could always self bankrupt their company and start another company afresh bye.gif

Feel sorry for the buyers of the project. Sad because ppl want their home. But developer fail to deliver promise. Buyers should seek compensation.

It seems like a waste of time to wait. Don't think the buyer is easily able to seek compensation from the developer either.

tbh, i think what we wanted most is a response, either proceed or not to.
at least we can move on and procure our next house...
if this is forever hanging, our financing quota is stucked too

referring to their April email which is the last update, i have just dropped them another email demanding for update within 7 days, failing which will get KPKT to involve.
hopefully they will revert with something positive

This is why developer reputation is very important..
Agent number also no answer.. dam

Showroom closed ...🤯

As its more than 6months inactive n no construction better go legal n terminate .. (burn 3-4k)

Cannot.trust develooooperssss or proooojeccctssssss like this.. will drag give hope ..... prices/cost/ BOQ everything will change I guess

The opportunity cost is higher ma n better projects are around

Yes...Last time the agent also call to told me sold out 85% and limited units...

Now I really doubt his 85% answer. Just a marketing and sale presentation gimmick to hock people to buy...

As buyers should do their own finding n research all trying to sell n make a living..ma

See the china property market.. ppl are at a loss completely .. no house but pay loan 😫 imagine ..
Best part is till upto date d developer keep giving hopes .. n ppl r buying it ..🤔🤥🤯😱
