What happened to this project? Any recent updates?

The construction is progressing and spotted a tower crane at the site

Plenty, the new Team from Multifield has taken over and there should be an update from them in June/July

What happen to Tago

I assume they run out of funds because of the pandemic and delays by the government to start the work

I've spoken to the new team, and it seems they are still in transition. It is possible that they may not be able to take over the project. They will be making a claim with the bank soon, I going to cancel the unit to avoid any further hiccups.

Anyone planning to cancel?

Based on the latest (MRT 3 Station & Depot Site Context Plan) the Alaia land is no longer going to be acquired for the MRT 3 project. Curious if there is any update from the new developer team?

We have gotten the letter from the new management team, at least someone took over and construction have resumed. From the duke highway able to see their progress is looking good now. Delayed for sure, but better than no progress at all.

Mind to share the price range for this project?

From what I’ve seen on their sales chart, I thinking around 480k to around 800k. Quite sometime ago, I can’t really recall the exact range. But they are open daily now, PM me if you are interested. 🤭🤭🤭

HI I just saw this post back in October 2024 - The post showing traffic in the morning, where every car rushing to work. Those cars from Setapak area, let it be Wangsa Maju, Danao Kota, Melati, Melawati etc. They are heading to Air Panas -> Jln Tiara Titiwangsa -> Titiwangsa, then either Jln Pahang / Jln Tun Razak.

The road is Jln Tiara Titiwangsa - so this is where it is going into / out from Alaia.
Then also there's new project completing soon - Brightton.
